This privacy policy applies to your use of the mobile game Sparky (“Application”) and the Sparky website at www.sparkygame.com (“Website”), (collectively the “Services”), developed by High Q Technology LLC (“Company”). The scope of this policy is limited to information collected or received by the Company through your use of the Services. The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties, the content of their sites, or the use of information you provide to them. Any link to third party sites does not constitute sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those parties.

The Application and Website do not require an account or registration. You may provide contact information including your name, email address or phone number when communicating with us about the Services. Information you provide may be used to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application and Website are being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application and Website. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and/or your mobile telephone number. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising in the Application, Website, and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us.
